Started in the year 1976, the Department made a humble beginning with few students and has since grown into the single largest department with 950 students out of the total student strength of 2000 in the college. Envisioned and engineered by luminaries of academia, the Department has achieved milestones by introducing new programmes/courses like B.Com, BBM, BBA, Add-on courses in Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Insurance Management, Auditing, Retail Management, Foreign Trade, Financial Management, Tax Management and Digital Marketing.
