About Examinations
The Examination Cell is responsible for planning, conducting, and monitoring all examination-related activities of the institution. It ensures a fair, transparent, and efficient evaluation process in accordance with university regulations.
Key Functions:
- Preparation and publication of examination schedules.Conduct of internal assessments and semester-end examinations.
- Appointment of invigilators, examination staff, office superintendent and invigilators.
- Appointment of coordinators of evaluation work then appointment of squad members from other colleges.
- Maintenance of confidentiality and security of examination materials.
- Evaluation, tabulation, and declaration of results.
- Handling revaluation, photocopy, and grievance-related requests.Issuance of marks cards and its related records.
- Ensuring compliance with university examination guidelines.
