Rovers and Rangers

Rovers and Rangers is the senior wing of the global Scouts and Guides movement. It focuses on empowering young adults (ages 16–25) through leadership development, community service, and adventurous activities. Acting as a bridge between youth and adulthood, the program instills discipline, self-reliance, and responsible citizenship.

The ultimate vision of the Rovers and Rangers movement is to build a youth organization that is value-based, self-reliant, and quality-oriented. It envisions creating active, capable leaders who are globally aware and equipped to tackle societal challenges through the effective use of modern tools and strong community values.

Their mission is to contribute to the holistic development of young people so they can reach their full physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual potentials. The program aims to empower youth to:

  • Take ownership: Gain confidence and become responsible citizens.
  • Push boundaries: Participate in adventurous, character-building experiences.
  • Make a difference: Actively engage in social service and community development.
