The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of JSS College for Women (Autonomous) serves as the institutional mechanism for planning, guiding, monitoring, and sustaining quality enhancement initiatives across all academic and administrative domains. Established in accordance with the guidelines of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council, the IQAC functions as a dynamic system that promotes a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and excellence.
The IQAC acts as a catalyst for institutional development by integrating quality benchmarks into the day-to-day functioning of the College. It facilitates the adoption of best practices in teaching-learning, research, governance, student support, community engagement, environmental sustainability, and digital transformation. Through systematic planning and evaluation, the IQAC ensures that quality remains an integral part of institutional functioning rather than a one-time exercise for accreditation.
