About IIC
The Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) Cell is an initiative launched by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India, in collaboration with the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Established across Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs), its primary goal is to systematically foster a culture of innovation, intellectual property rights (IPR), and a start-up ecosystem among students and faculty.
Objectives
- Establish a state-of-the-art innovation hub with essential infrastructure and expertise.
- Foster innovative thinking through a collaborative and enabling environment.
- Empower students and young innovators through skill development and opportunities.
- Build synergies with local institutions to address community challenges.
