- Create Awareness: Sensitize students and staff about gender equality, women's rights, legal provisions, and gender-related issues.
- Ensure Safety & Security: Provide a safe, secure, and harassment-free environment on campus. Address complaints of sexual harassment through the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC).
- Promote Self-Reliance: Organize skill development programs, entrepreneurship workshops, and career guidance to enhance economic independence.
- Foster Confidence: Conduct seminars, talks, and counseling sessions to build self-esteem, leadership qualities, and decision-making ability.

- Health & Well-being: Arrange awareness programs on physical health, mental health, nutrition, and reproductive rights.
